Our Hope of Glory

What I seek to have you know and understand is part of the mystery of the gospel which the Apostle Paul shares in Colossians 1:26, 27: “as that which has been hidden from the past ages and generations; but has now been manifested to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”

From Paul’s statement we know this information was at one time hidden away and now is manifested to all who want to know what it means to be living “in Christ” May the Holy Spirit enlighten your mind and heart so that you continually know who you are as a child of God. Be continually aware of His finished work living within your new self which is completely separate from your physical nature. This is why Peter writes these words in the last verse of his Second Letter. “But grow in the grace and knowledge or our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.”

The quality of our fellowship with God and with one another is dependent upon our understanding of our spiritual image. Continue growing in the grace of God, for by doing so you shall discover even more of these great declarations about our identity in Christ
